ph 29 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the ph 29 platform available at ph29.lat (the "Platform"), you ("Player" or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered. ph 29's continued provision of services to you constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a ph 29 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph 29 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9287 (as applicable).
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted, and accessing the Platform from the Philippines requires compliance with all applicable Philippine laws.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph 29 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member thereof.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or had an account suspended or permanently closed by ph 29 for violation of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

ph 29 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time and to suspend access to accounts where such verification has not been satisfactorily completed. Providing false information regarding your eligibility is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each natural person is permitted to register and maintain a maximum of one (1) ph 29 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether they were performed by you or by a third party who obtained access to your credentials. You must notify ph 29 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ph 29 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the registration or use of the account violates applicable law, PAGCOR regulations, or these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ph 29 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the Payments section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph 29 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's identity must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to technical availability.
• ph 29 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering review thresholds.
• Processing times are typically within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and up to 3 business days for bank transfers, though ph 29 does not guarantee these timeframes.
• ph 29 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, bonus wagering requirements, or ongoing security reviews.

5. Bonus Terms

ph 29 offers various promotions and bonuses to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• ph 29 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through arbitrage betting, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on ph 29 are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. Virtual games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in accordance with the rules of the specific game variant offered.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, ph 29 will use its reasonable endeavors to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to technical failure, bets placed on that round will be refunded. ph 29's determination of the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final, subject to the PAGCOR complaint resolution process.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. ph 29 reserves the right to void any bet that exceeds posted limits or that was placed in error due to a Platform or pricing malfunction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph 29 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with Platform staff.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use ph 29 for any fraudulent or illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ph 29 staff in any communication channel.

ph 29 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts engaged in prohibited conduct and to report suspicious activity to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph 29 Platform — including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph 29 or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ph 29.

9. Privacy & Data

ph 29 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ph29.lat/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and service improvement purposes.

ph 29 is committed to compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law, by PAGCOR regulations, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph 29 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the well-being of all players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts when you've been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and request inclusion on PAGCOR's exclusion register.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph 29 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ph 29's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ph 29 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph 29 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph 29's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, and to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight where applicable.

For complaints or disputes related to gaming outcomes or Platform operations, Players must first submit a formal complaint to ph 29 via [email protected]. If the matter is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

13. Amendments

ph 29 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
